Day 2 Cleanse Menu
Breakfast: Sprouted seed cereal wth wam Almond Milk
topped with Flaxseed Powder, Hemp and Chia Seeds and Blueberries.
Snack: A cup of Tea.
Lunch: Tomato-Onion-Orange salad with
Paneer-Sprouted Grain Bread Bruschetta
Snack: A cup of Tea.
Dinner: Mixed Spring Greens with Pomegranate seeds Salad,
Grilled Red-Yellow Peppers, Kelp Noodles with Green Peppers and
Wasabi-Soy-Chilli Sauce; Mango-Saffron Popsicle
