Day 4 Cleanse Menu

Breakfast: Sprouted seed cereal with warm Almond Milk topped with Flaxseed Powder, Hemp and Chia Seeds and Blueberries.

Snack: Raspberries

Lunch: Kale-Pineapple juice; Mixed Greens Salad; Onion-Green Chilli-Tomato-Carrot-Yogurt; Broccolli-Pine Nuts-Olive Oil-Garlic-Coriander Leaves Balls Grilled

Snack: Blueberries and Red seedless Grapes


Dinner: Protein Pot (Garbanzo Beans + Carrot + Celery + Onion + Tomato + Spinach) + Baba Ghanoush + Hummus as an accompaniment to Celery Sticks
