Breakfast: Blueberries; Kale-Pineapple Juice

Snack: Raspberries + Tea

Lunch: Bowl of Boiled Garbanzo Beans; Greek Yogurt

Snack: Red seedless Grapes + Tea


Dinner: Grilled Brussel Sprouts; Grilled Asparagus; Spinach-Lentil Soup
