Asparagus Soufflé

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. In a medium bowl whisk 3 eggs for couple of minutes. Then add a cup of almond milk and whisk it. Add ¾ cup almond flour and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the mix and whisk it more until there are no lumps. Heal a teaspoon of almond oil in an oven-proof pan and sauté a cup of sliced asparagus. Now add the batter to the pan and layer asparagus and half a cup of goat cheese. Bake for 18-20 minutes and broil for another couple of minutes to turn the top golden brown.
