Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grind 6 cloves of garlic with two inches ginger. Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet. Add a teaspoon of mustard seeds. As they start sputtering, add the ginger-garlic paste, pinch of cayenne pepper, bunch of finely chopped coriander and mint leaves. Sauté and then grind it. Line a baking dish with banana leaves. Aluminum foil is an alternative, if you do not find banana leaves. Cover the salmon with the green paste. Fold the banana leaf such that the fish is completely covered inside it. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve the fish with the banana leaf. If you have used the aluminum foil, remove it before serving. Enjoy.
