Stocking up your refrigerator

Here is a sample of what your refrigerator should always have to help you prepare tasty and healthy meals that would help you keep your blood sugar levels under control:

Almond Milk                      Greek Yogurt (go for the lowest sugar brand)
Almond butter                   Peanut butter
Eggs
Whole grain bread           Whole wheat Pita bread Whole wheat wraps
Tempeh Soy Protein         Tempeh Flax seed
Rosemary leaves              Fresh green curry leaves
Onions                                Garlic                                                  Ginger
Green chilies
Green salad leaves (Arugula, Spring Mix, Green and Red Spinach, Radicchio)
