Pancake Surprise

Mix one cup of raw oats, two egg whites, quarter teaspoon of cinnamon powder, pinch of salt and pepper, quarter cup of fat free unsweetened almond milk – make a smooth paste (use a hand held blender if you cannot power whisk it with your hands). Add more water to give it a flowing consistency. Pour the batter into a heated greased skillet. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Enjoy this tasty morning starter full of protein and carbohydrates to fuel your day.
