Mix one cup of almond flour with ice cold water to form a thick batter. Add a pinch of turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt, a teaspoon of cumin seeds and grated ginger, one finely chopped green chili, and a tablespoon of finely chopped coriander leaves. Pour it into a heated greased skillet and spread it like a pancake. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
