Salad greens with caraway vinaigrette

Roast a teaspoon of caraway seeds and grind them. Mix it with a teaspoon each of walnut oil, grapefruit juice, cider vinegar, and a pinch of paprika and sea salt. Take equal parts of salad leaves like iceberg lettuce, spinach leaves, radicchio, and arugula and put them in a salad mixing bowl. Add one chopped tomato and cucumber. Toss the dressing and add a teaspoon of dill leaves.
